Orders: When you place an order through our shop, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner (Printful or Printify). Fulfillment and delivery timelines are governed by the fulfillment partner's current processing times.
Returns and Refunds: Print-on-demand items are produced to order. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded — contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue.
